Upper Back Intensive Week 3: Applications
Do you struggle with finding your upper back in shapes? Do you feel your shoulders often block your upper back? This intensive is for you!
We will cover three components: How to use your neck with your upper back and how to use your shoulders with your upper back in both open and closed position. The first 2 weeks will be focused on various drills to help you troubleshoot upper back extension, and the third week will be devoted to applying those drills to open your upper back in actual skills like chest stand, cobra and dropbacks!
Week 1: Upper Back Theory, simple exercises to open your upper back
Week 2: Upper Back Theory continued, together with drills for neck, shoulders and upper back
Week 3: Application of Drills and Technique In Skills (chest stand, cobra, dropbacks, etc)
