Upper Back Flexibility for Stiff Aerialists
Are you an aerialist who struggles with shoulder and upper back opening in flexibility poses?
In this one and a half hour workshop, we'll explore the common limitations for shoulder and upper back flexibility such as tight traps, inactive neck or lack of muscular awareness. We will also learn how to use the neck, lats and scapular muscles to open the upper back in different varieties of upper back stretches.
There will be options for further progression into poses such as shoulder bridge and chest stand, as well as a Q&A portion. For those of you doing the recording, you have the option to message Amy at @missinkbot / @elastischool if you've further questions about anything we did during this workshop!
