About This Workshop:
Do you want to start training triple fold but you're too intimidated?
In this workshop, we will cover how to warm up your neck, upper back and hips for hooked, kneeling and half triple fold. We will also cover different entries such as rolling into it, snapping and camel. Individual progressions will be provided for each person.
The three weeks will be divided into: training camel triple fold, hooked triple fold and the 3rd week will be a review and variations week.
