This is part two of the Cobra/Teardrop intensive. In this section, we will focus on drills to strengthen your hips, shoulders, glutes and back for teardrop.
You will be led through a dedicated warm up of all relevant body components, as well as many progressions towards teardrop. One of the main topics we will cover is how to find your hips and avoid crunching into your lower back in a dropback & teardrop.
Some degree of flexibility experience is needed. However, all of the drills should also be applicable to strengthen your dropback, should that be something you're also struggling with.
