In this 3-week Splits Intensive, you will be led through the basics on how to train front and middle splits safely and with optimal efficiency. There will be a focus on active flexibility and muscle engagement leading towards moves such as tilt, side and front scale and penche. And of course, we want you to get your front splits and middles flat!

Week 1 will cover penche drills, active front splits and back hip engagement for a flat square split on the ground and nice lines in the air!
