In part one of the Mexican Handstand Intensive, we will learn the proper preparation in terms of flexibility, strength and balance needed for Mexican handstands.
We will go through proper muscle engagement for Mexican handstands, as well as some basic shapes and drills to train them effectively and without pain. We will also cover elbowstand Mexicans.
Progressions are provided for all levels. The base requirement is familiarity with contortion handstands (with the wall is fine).
Each class is 1.5h approx long.
