The 5-Week Intro To Contortion Intensive will cover the fundamental concepts behind contortion training, including how to warm up, cool down, condition & stretch the whole body (hips, shoulders, upper & lower core, neck, lower back) in preparation for contortion skills. This course is suited for people seeking to refresh their basics, self-taught practitioners seeking a solid foundation for their skills, or simply people seeking a more sustainable training regime. All levels are welcome.
Week 4 will cover the basics of how to train active leg and back flexibility, as well as leg scales!
