Pre-reqs: None. It's highly recommended you watch part i for more of an in-depth view into how to train with hypermobility. Part 1 covers more Theory. This workshop will cover actual exercises and ways to rethink contortion stretches with hypermobility in mind.

This is part 2 of our training with hypermobility workshop! The first part is available for download and covers theory.

This is a practical workshop to help you learn how hypermobile bodies cheat and how to correct it! We will learn exercises to strengthen commonly misused muscles in order to prevent future injuries.

Some of the things we will cover include: shoulder & hip stabilization, how to find your upper, lower & superficial core, as well as common compensations in hypermobile athletes and how to fix them. I will also be sharing a lot from my expertise as a coach dealing with a predominantly hypermobile population!

It's not enough to be strong: one always needs to know how to use your strength to bend.
